Each year there is a topic chosen by the Award and Safety Chair.  This year the topic is Playground Safety.    Playground Safety is an important topic for all ages.  Below is some information that might assist you.

CONTEST RULES:

• The contest is divided into two groups 

  • 8 to 9 year olds and

  • 10 to 11 year olds.

• Poster size is 11 inches by 14 inches only.

• Any medium can be used - crayons, markers, paints, etc. 

• On the back of the poster please write the name of the artist as well as their age and your local association name. 

• One poster in each age group may be entered in the contest. 

• The posters must be received by the Safety Committee Chair by Thursday , at the Convention. 

• All FNYIP members attending the convention will have an opportunity to vote for one winner in each age category.  

• The winners will be announced at the convention.  Each first place winner will receive a $50.00 gift certificate.
